On March 25, 2015, The Commercial Branch of Hunan province in the Middle East area was established and awarded a license. It is planned to be located in the United Arab Emirates Ajman emirate. The Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce entrusted Hunan Bosen Industrial Group holding subsidiary Gulf Chinese Trading Corporation to be established and authorized Luo Feng as the chief representative of the Commercial branch to carry out related economic and trade activities and perform related work functions. The main task of the commercial branch is to implement the decision-making and deployment of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government on the development of an open economy, and to operate as a government-purchased service. Playing the seven functions of Information collection, liaison with government and enterprises and enterprise, serving companies, planning projects, docking and implementation, promoting economic and trading, propagandizing and popularizing, it plays a role as a bridge between Hunan and the Middle East, and works together with the Foreign Economic and Trade Counselors, Regional Offices and Overseas Chambers of Commerce to promote the realization of large-scale of “going out” and high-level of “bringing in”.
