Ajman China Mall, also known as the Middle East China Commodity Purchasing Center, is located in the emirate of Ajman, UAE. It is the first batch of provincial-level overseas economic and trade cooperation zones established by Hunan Province. It is a key project of Hunan's "One Belt One Road" strategy, and was included in the White Paper of “Going Global" Strategic by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade. Ajman China Mall ranked sixth, ranking first in the commercial logistics park, among the top ten cooperation zones announced by the Ministry of Commerce as of August 2017, and was appraised as the first batch of national-level international marketing service public platforms by the Ministry of Commerce in September 2019.
Ajman China Mall was built in 2009, opened in October 2010, and expanded in 2014. It is an 24/7 super-large Middle East Chinese commodity wholesale and purchase trading center which invested, constructed and operated by Hunan Bosen Industrial Group in the Ajman, UAE.
Ajman China Mall is the wholesale of clothing, shoes, hats, toys, luggage, electrical appliances, building materials, lighting, furniture, and more than 10,000 kinds of Chinese goods. It covers a total area of 2 square kilometers, of which the Ajman China Mall first phase covers an area of 280,000 square meters, the store area is 120,000 square meters, the storage and logistics area is 100,000 square meters, the smart office incubator area is 60,000 square meters, and the planned area for the second phase is 530,000 square meters.
As of July 31, 2019, the number of enterprises entering the Ajman China Mall increased to 2,156, of which 1,753 were Chinese-funded enterprises. There are 1,033 employees, including 1,209 foreigners from 46 countries and regions. The annual cargo throughput exceeds 1.42 million tons. Up to now, it has accumulated nearly 10 million tons. The average daily container unloading is nearly 60, as of now, it has accumulated more than 140,000. The average daily passenger flow is more than 40,000.
Ajman China Mall had achieved the total output value of 2.416 billion US dollars in the 2018, and the total output value so far has reached 15.493 billion US dollars. No matter in terms of project scale, realization of output value, or local influence, Ajman China Mall is not only the largest commercial project in the emirate of Ajman, the largest Chinese-funded enterprise in the UAE, but also the world’s largest offshore collection of Chinese goods Overseas commerce and logistics parks integrating exhibition, display, trading, experience, warehousing, distribution, commerce, logistics and other services.
