On April 26, the UAE Ajman Ministry of Industry and Commerce project promotion meeting was held in Changsha. Ajman is one of the 7 emirates of the UAE. In recent years, the economic and trade exchanges between Hunan and Ajman have become more frequent. In the emirate of Ajman, the Agreement on Economic, Trade and Technical Cooperation between the Department of Commerce of Hunan Province of China and the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of Ajman, UAE was signed in April last year.

During this visit to Hunan, the UAE Ajman Ministry of Industry and Commerce seeks innovative cooperation in many fields and welcomes Hunan enterprises to participate in the Future Architecture Exhibition held in Ajman in October this year. The Provincial Department of Commerce stated that Hunan will strengthen economic and trade cooperation with the Middle East, and promote more Hunan enterprises to "go global" through the demonstration effect of Ajman China Mall.

Ajman China Mall, invested by the group, has become the largest comprehensive shopping center in the local area. It is a comprehensive market focusing on the wholesale of department stores, hardware, home appliances, furniture, and small commodities. It is the UAE's only business transaction platform independently managed by China, with annual turnover 2 billion dollars.

According to Luo Feng, the chief representative of the Middle East Commercial Agency of the Provincial Department of Commerce and the general manager of Bosen Group China Mall, the second phase of the project will add a total land area of ​​approximately 1 square kilometer, with an estimated total investment of 477 million US dollars. Planning to build a Chinese domestic brand automobile logistics park, Hunan construction machinery and equipment exhibition park, Chinese food and cultural district, Chinese medicine medical technology and health hospital, CN-UAE Chinese school, hotel apartments, etc., supporting more than 1,400 residences and 9,000 vehicles on the ground and interior the parking lot has an annual turnover of over US$8 billion.
