Happy Children‘s Day
Children’s Day is coming, the day of the annual children’s celebration! Although those born after 1990’s have been called "old aunt" and "old bacon" (both mean “senior people”), there still live a baby inside their heart! Every adult grows up from a child, and every child will grow into an adult. I still remember when I was a child, I had a good partner to kick the scorpion, jump the rubber band, play the Hawk and Chicken in twos and threes, but nowadays electronic products flood into people's lives. Online chatting gradually is replacing face-to-face communication, so on the June 1st, the Children's Day, we put down our mobile phones and assembled a large “army” in Ajman China Mall to stage a new game for older children (adults).

In the first game Mission Accomplished, 32 “older children” were divided into four groups and one player was assigned from each group each time to take competition turns, and then they needed to go through skipping rope, water blowing table tennis, and move all the glass marbles via chopsticks. The fastest group will win. Before the start of the game, some players saw the skipping rope on the "track" and couldn’t help to try, with regaining the toys of childhood as if they had come back to the days of their childhood. A total of 8 rounds of competitions were carried out in the Mission Accomplished. The players on the scene went all out and the onlookers cheered loudly. However, the chopsticks and glass marbles could stump foreign colleagues. Some of them controlled the chopsticks with both hands, some with one hand and some even wish to take the glass marbles with hands directly if they could. They can't use chopsticks well, but they did their best for the victory of the group. On this day, the central scenic area of China Mall seemed to be a children's paradise. what a happy paradise it was.

The second game, Turnip squat, is the game those born after 1990 are most familiar with. It tests the memory, reaction and teamwork ability of older “children”. Each group sent two players to remember 8 "fruits and vegetables" on the spot, and when they were number off by the name of the fruits & vegetables, they must be sure that their answers are correct or they would be eliminated. The game was about to begin, the players were practicing “the melon is licking, the melon is licking...” and so many melons and fruits were really hard to live with.

The third game is a team game, hawk-and-chicken. Before the start of the game, each group was discussing the tactics: Who plays the "chicken mother”; who are the "chicken"; who plays the fierce "hawk". After a discussion, the game officially began. The “chicken mothers” of each team were tall and mighty, and they opened arms to protect the chickens behind them while the “hawk” was attacking. The "hawk" also running speedily as if the hawk really came. Huh? how could the “Chicken mother" disappeared? The “hawk” had to take the chance and achieve a complete victory.

The prize display area was filled with Chinese style snack, such as AD calcium milk, lollipops, jelly, bubble gum... Those small snacks that appeared in our childhood all shows up at the game site today. According to the results of the competition, each team member has received corresponding small prizes. “Older children” shared the little snacks they won, as if they were sharing snacks with their friends in the childhood.

On Children's Day, you ought to allow yourself to have nostalgic childish childhood games, as well as small snacks full of chronology. Today, various nationality’s employees joined us and back to the era of “Kindergarten” together. Life is like a movie, we have to play it to the fullest! In this era of electronic products, we need to be confident, childish and unconcerned, looking for the simplest happiness like a child!
