On the afternoon of July 27, 2019, the Ajman China Mall Employee Expansion Training Camp was officially launched! To unlock super brain, this training camp is carried out in the form of team work, testing everyone's team's tacit cooperation, creative divergence points and collaborative combat capabilities. The seemingly short hours of development training allow everyone to maintain a tense and excited mood and a high-speed operation brain.

At the beginning of the event, the hostess sister introduced the game links and rules to everyone, divided paticipants into 4 groups to complete the three-round team game. In addition, we prepared a heart-warming prize for everyone which make people more excited. Moreover, the two groups in the lower rankings should also be punished.
 

Round One:Tumbler Forest

Each group of colleagues participating in the challenge forms a circle, and each participant will be given a plastic stick in advance. It is necessary to complete the movement of a circle under the rule that the pole is not on the ground and cannot be grabbed by the hand.

This game not only tests the coordination and tacit understanding among team members, but also requires the ability to react quickly. When a player fails, he cannot complain and needs to learn from his experience to move on.

Round Two: 5 minutes of fast and furious

Place 30 creative cards representing 1-30 numbers in the square area. When the group collect the informations, only one participant is allowed stand inside the area, and groupmate outside the area can only give language assistance, and confirm the numerical order to the host.

You can't play this game with solid thinking, you must brainstorm and disperse the whole team's ideas. The team leader should collect everyone's information and make judgment&analysis in a short time, and finally come up with a reasonable plan quickly.

Roud Three:Cricle Twinkle
 
Everyone joined hands in a circle and put a hula hoop on the starting team members of each group. The hula hoop passed and passed through everyone's body, and finally returned to the same starting team member for a circle. During the activity, the hands that are pulling each other cannot be released, nor can you use your fingers to hook the hoop.
 

Everyone is like a tooth on this gear, and no one can complete it. When handing over the hula hoop, the next team member must lower his body to complete the action more quickly. It is the same truth at work, for a common goal, you need to lower your posture and work together to complete the work to the extreme.
