In the evening on October 31^st, 2019, Ajman China Mall Entrepreneur Symposium kicked off in the park. Wang Leyong, deputy director of Next Federation Chairman and chairman of Leyong Group in UAE; Chen Xia, permanent member of Liaoning Enterprise Chamber of Commerce and chairman of King Natural Beauty; Li Fazeng, a well-known entrepreneur in Ajman China Mall, and many other entrepreneurs in UAE got together. Luo Feng, chief representative of the representative office of Hunan Province in the Middle-East, and general manager of Ajman China Mall hosted the symposium as the promotion ambassador of 2019 Year of Tolerance. The Federal Judiciary and Ajman Police General Headquarters highly valued and supported the symposium. Journalists from the press and publicity department of United Arab Emirates Ministry of Interior gave the live broadcast on site.

 

As the host, Luo addressed in the opening that thousands of Chinese investors, under the great support of both governments since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and UAE 35 years ago, came to UAE for business, trade, logistics, tourism and catering industries, leading to a gradual growth in the number of Chinese people engaging in investment and tourism. Now there are more than 300 thousand Chinese settling down in UAE, which benefits from the open and tolerate policies of UAE that help investors from different countries blend in the big family.   

Wang Leyong shared his own experience excitedly. He said he has been working in UAE for 13 years since 2006, during which period he participated in person in the construction of many buildings and infrastructure and also witnessed the rapid development. At the same time, he has integrated into UAE and known many friends worldwide, all of which is attributed to the tolerance of UAE and supreme social ecological environment.  

 

Chen Xia, who has lived in UAE for almost 20 years, also shared her own experience. Since she engaged in the industry of beauty products in 2008, she has deep feeling about the caring and support from the management department of Ajman China Mall. Upon the coming 2020 World Expo, she believe more and more investment opportunities will be created in UAE under the joint efforts of investors from different countries.
 

Lin Fazeng, said passionately that tolerance is quite similar to the traditional Chinese culture of harmony. The Year of Tolerance in UAE will definitely build a harmonious society for people of different culture and religious beliefs. With the further improvement of China’s Belt & Road initiative, we, as the witness and beneficiary, should try our best in promoting the culture and trade exchange between China and UAE, to do what we can to help the construction of Belt and Road as well as the bridge between the two nations.

At the symposium, all guests exchanged their opinions in a lively atmosphere. Most of them actively shared their own feelings and experience in UAE, pushing the symposium to a new high.

2019, the fifth theme year of the United Arab Emirates: Year of Tolerance, which is the extension of Year of Zayed. It inherited the common value of tolerance and coexistence built by late father of the nation in UAE people. It aims to build UAE into the capital of tolerance through thorough communication and active measures, by which people from different cultures and nations can live happily here and build a society of tolerance, dialogue, coexistence and openness.
